Below are recent customer reviews organized by category. Each review includes the project type, Florida city, and the homeowner's first name. Following Florida privacy norms, we don't publish full last names or addresses without explicit consent. These reviews reflect the reality of full-interior flooring and remodeling done right in a Florida climate — slab moisture, humidity, and all.
Flooring
We pulled up cupped engineered wood the last crew glued straight to the slab with no moisture test. Pro Work tested the slab, leveled it, and put down rigid-core LVP through the whole first floor. Two summers later it is dead flat. They caught the problem the first company created — and explained exactly why the original floor failed.
Wanted real wood in a Florida house, which everyone told me was a bad idea. Pro Work spec'd engineered wood, acclimated it in the house for a week, and checked the slab before install. A year in, no cupping, no gaps. They were the only company that even mentioned acclimation — everyone else just quoted a number.
Tile & Bathroom
Full guest bath remodel — tore out a leaking tub, built a tiled walk-in shower with a real waterproof membrane, new vanity and floor tile. One crew did the demo, tile, plumbing fixtures, and paint. The shower has been bone dry through a whole rainy season. No more soft drywall behind the tile.
Master bath down to the studs — curbless walk-in shower, large-format porcelain on the walls and floor, double vanity. The slope to the drain is perfect and the grout lines are dead straight. They waterproofed the whole wet area before a single tile went up. It looks like a magazine and it drains like it should.
Kitchen, Countertops & Cabinets
Kitchen down to the studs — new cabinets, quartz counters, backsplash tile, and porcelain floor. Having flooring, cabinets, and counters under one project director meant the schedule actually held. The quartz template went out the day the cabinets were set. Clean work, one point of contact, exactly the written estimate.
We refaced our cabinets and added a quartz island instead of a full gut, and Pro Work talked us into that — not the bigger job. Honest about what we actually needed. The refacing looks brand new and the island seam is invisible. They templated, fabricated, and installed the quartz themselves, so no finger-pointing between a cabinet guy and a stone guy.
Full-Interior & Storm Recovery
After the storm flooded our first floor we needed everything redone the right way. Pro Work dried it out, repaired the slab, mitigated the vapor, and reinstalled rigid-core LVP and porcelain tile throughout — plus new baseboards and paint. They built it back as a flood-resistant system so next time it's a mop, not a teardown. One crew, one guarantee, start to finish.
Converted the garage into a real living space — insulation, leveled and sealed floor, drywall, paint, and LVP. They handled the permit and the inspection passed first time. Now it's a home office that doesn't feel like a garage. The floor is sealed against slab moisture so it stays dry even in August.
How We Handle Feedback
When something doesn't meet the mark, we close it out — a transition strip that needed re-seating, a grout color a homeowner wanted adjusted, a punch-list item that slipped. The project director's phone number is on every estimate for exactly this reason. Our 5-year workmanship guarantee means a return visit is a phone call, not a fight, anywhere in our statewide Florida service area.
